He holds an MBA from Florida International University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey. Saul has a broad area of expertise, covering all pharmaceutical planning, operations, and production aspects. Known for his strategic vision, he consistently drives successful new product and technology launches.

Throughout his career, he has achieved recognition and promotions while managing teams of up to 160 management, technical, and hourly employees. A mentor-style leader, Saul excels at building and developing high-performing teams. He also has an outstanding record in major FDA, DEA, and internal audits, further showcasing his leadership and operational excellence.
